Exchange: Need a different size ? Simply send the garment back to us (we recommend the original box) with a note containing your order number, name and address, and which size you'd like and we'll do the rest.

Please ensure you return the item, unworn, undamaged and complete with tags otherwise an exchange may not be possible.

You can use any method you want, just ensure you have proof of postage and the correct postage insurance to cover the cost of your items. If you’re sending a single T-shirt back, we recommend using the box it came in, that way you can post it via royal as a Large letter and you don’t have to pay parcel rates, that being said please ensure you get proof of postage as we cannot be liable if your parcel goes missing.

You should receive your exchange within 14 days from when you return the item (depending on class of postage you use)

Refund Policy: Returns must arrive to us within 14 days of date of delivery (30 for international orders) for a refund. Simply send the garment back to us with a note containing your order number, name and address, and stating what item you'd like a refund for, and we will do the rest. Please note: there will be no refund for postage and packaging fees so please ensure you look at our sizing guides or contact us via email or our social media for more information. 

Please ensure you return the item, unworn, undamaged and complete with tags otherwise a refund may not be possible. 

Any returns requesting a refund outside the 14 day refund policy, will only be eligible for a Gift voucher to the value of the products returned, if returned within 28 days of delivery. Any product outside the 28 days will not be eligible for any sort of refund.

Please indicate Exchange or Refund on the returning invoice.

You can return any item for a refund within a strict 14 days of delivery (30 for international orders).  Please make it clear to us written on the invoice. We will refund the price you purchased your item and can take between 1-2 weeks normally to occur. This includes sale items.

All goods will be inspected on return. Please return all products in original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached, completely unworn . The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

International Returns: For our valued international customers, our standard delivery policies apply as usual. However, we are pleased to offer an additional 15 days for international returns compared to UK customers. This extension is part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience, no matter where you are in the world. Time frames

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If it's an exchange, we will sent the replacement out to you within 5 working days of approving it.
