Shipping policy

 

U.K. Orders 

Shipping is added at checkout, we usually send out all parcels via Royal Mail. However, from time to time, we may need to use other couriers.

 Each of our items are embroidered to order, and the team work hard to get your clothing ready for dispatch as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days on each order, to enable us to embroider and quality check your garments, this is on top of delivery time frames. However, during busy times such as the festive period, please allow up to 10 working days for items to be dispatched. You will get a notification with tracking information as soon as your item is posted. 

Although it’s not possible to give you an exact time frame for delivery, we work our hardest to get the items delivered as soon as we can. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked where we can, for all U.K. orders and you will be sent a tracking number upon your items dispatch.

Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 6pm.

 

International Deliveries

Please allow up to 5 working days on each order, to enable us to embroider and quality check your garments; this is on top of delivery time frames. Please Note, our delivery time frames are from us, to your countries customs depot. We cannot be responsible for any delays due to customs hold ups, or internal curriers. 

If you order Products from Gambit Gaming for delivery to an International Destination, you may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes. These are applied when your order reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and they cannot be predicted. 

You are responsible for payment of any such Import Duties or Taxes. For further information please contact your local customs office. 

You must apply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Country for which the order is destined. We will not be liable or responsible if any such law is broken.
