Products and Embroidery
Where is your clothing embroidered?
Our garments are embroidered in-house by the Gambit Gaming team. Each order is prepared individually rather than being sent out as mass-produced printed clothing.
Is every garment made to order?
Most of our embroidered clothing is prepared to order. This lets us offer a wider selection of designs while checking each garment as it is produced.
Why do you use embroidery instead of printing?
Embroidery creates a textured, premium finish and does not crack or peel in the same way as many surface transfers. Read Why We Choose Embroidery for more detail.
Why does a new embroidered crest feel stiff?
Embroidery contains dense stitching and requires stabiliser behind the fabric. The crest can therefore feel firmer when new and normally softens slightly through washing and wear.
What is the white or clear material between the stitches?
It is usually a small trace of water-soluble embroidery topper or stabiliser used during production. It should disappear during the first wash. Do not iron directly over the embroidery while visible stabiliser remains.
Why is there a ring around the embroidered design?
The garment is held in an embroidery hoop while it is stitched. This can leave a temporary impression in the fabric. We steam garments before dispatch where possible, and any remaining mark should normally disappear after washing or gentle steaming.
Production and Dispatch
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Because our garments are embroidered in-house to order, please allow up to five working days for preparation before dispatch. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.
Can you prepare an urgent order?
Please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible afterwards. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee an earlier dispatch date.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation using the contact details supplied with your order. Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be included.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the measurements on the individual product page with a similar garment that already fits you well. See our Gaming Clothing Size Guide for step-by-step measuring instructions.
Are your T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts sized the same?
Not necessarily. Different garment types can have different cuts even when the size label is the same. Always check the product-specific measurements.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
Choose the larger option for a relaxed fit or layering. Choose the smaller option for a closer fit only when its measurements still allow comfortable movement.
Washing and Aftercare
Should I wash my garment before wearing it?
Yes. We recommend washing it before the first wear because water-soluble embroidery topper or stabiliser may have been used during production.
What temperature should I use?
Wash at no more than 30°C and always follow the care label supplied with the garment.
Can embroidered clothing go in a tumble dryer?
Air drying is recommended. When a tumble dryer is necessary, use a low-temperature delicate cycle to reduce the risk of shrinkage.
Can I iron over the embroidery?
Do not iron directly over the crest before the first wash. Afterwards, the safest method is to turn the garment inside out and press the reverse of the embroidered area through a clean towel or pressing cloth using low to medium heat.

Returns and Problems
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. This helps our small team understand what has happened and respond efficiently.
Can I return an item?
Returns are handled in line with our current returns and refund policy. Review that policy for eligibility, timescales and instructions before sending anything back.
Are small stitching differences normal?
Each garment is individually hooped and embroidered, so very small variations can occur. These should not affect the overall appearance or durability of the design. Please contact us if you believe your garment has a fault.

Should I buy a hoodie, sweatshirt or T-shirt?
